Second IWRM-Net call for research proposals
A consortium of nine IWRM-Net research funders has launched the Second IWRM-Net call for research proposals. IWRM-net provides a network for not only funders but also scientists and policy makers who are interested in the process of developing knowledge and improving research on water. The 2nd call is directed mainly towards water researchers in France, Germany, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Italy (and NL and SE under specific regulations). There is the opportunity for other countries to participate in project consortiums as well given that they have their own funding stream. Topics of the call are climate change impacts and adaptation for IWRM, water scarcity and droughts and economics for IWRM: social and environmental evaluation for decision making and Incentive measures to regulate uses.
