Registration information and instructions

The registration follows a 3 step process:

1. Fill out the pre-registration form with personal information (no payment at this point)

  • In the field “tarification" you must choose your type of registration fee — see table below
  • Authors/speakers  may select the "Writer" option in the "You are..." field (Step 1)

2. You will receive a confirmation email; please do not worry if it takes a few days, the validation has to be done manually

3. Upon reception of the confirmation email, follow link given in the message to complete your registration and thus payment

  • Fees may be paid by credit card or wire. For the latter, you will receive an email containing a “pre-order form" and the bank transfer information.
  • Kindly indicate your presence to lunches and the dinner gala by selecting the corresponding fields.

  • Participant 130€ TTC
  • Invited (keynote speakers / scientific committee) 0€
  • Cemagref staff Payment by internal transfer

Cancellation conditions: All cancellations if necessary must be made before October 17th. Registration fees will not be reimbursed following this date.
