EurAqua Conference 2008:

How can climate change be incorporated in river basin management plans under the WFD?

A Scientifc conference is organised by EurAqua 23-24 October 2008 at NIVA in Oslo, Norway. The conference is held back—to-back with the 31st EurAqua Management Board Meeting. The EurAqua conference will focus on the science-to-application interface related to river basin management, climate change and implementation of the WFD.

The conference is open to all EurAqua members and their contacts. EurAqua Members are encouraged and welcomed to invite national representatives from their country to participate (3 per country as a guiding rule, the maximum capacity of the conference is 100 participants). Others interested are welcomed depending on capacity. There is no conference fee.

Participants are welcome to display relevant posters during the conference.
